Roasty toasty
The steaming jug of silky gravy. The beautifully browned joint

Browse our Sunday menu in any pub, and you’ll 昀椀nd meat from
local farms and delicious seasonal vegetarian options. Your sides
list might feature such delights as goose-dripping roast potatoes,
maple-roasted carrots, buttered kale and cavolo nero,
salt-baked beets, and braised red cabbage. On top of that (or
next to) come the double egg Yorkshire puddings, which are
a showstopper. Total Yorkie yumness. Besides the roasts, you’ll
be spoiled for choice with a barrage of other mains, starters,
