Sunday and our pubs is a match made in dreamland. If you’ve had a
busy week or an on-the-razzle Saturday night (or both), there’s nothing
quite like the happy, hole-up and hunker-down atmosphere of a proper
pub to bliss you out on your day of rest.
Pub Sundays are about peeling off winter walking attire and
plomping yourself on a sofa by the 昀椀re. They’re about sitting
down to a delicious roast surrounded by the people you
love the most. And if you’ve booked a room, they’re about
knowing your bed is just somewhere up above your head.
