makes the information easier to read. Easy Read
information has pictures, short sentences, lots of
space between paragraphs, and uses as few long or
confusing words as possible.
Evidence: information that proves that something is
true.

Financial: money and things to do with money.

and respect the other person, which allows both
people to honestly communicate with each other.

Intersectionality: the nature of social categories like
class, race and ethnicity, gender and sex, disability,
and age to show in individual people in different
ways, which creates different experiences of
