Decide
I don’t want to live at the group home anymore. I want
to do it by myself.

I had meetings with Kate Folten, a futures planning
consultant, and have few support people from my life.
We worked together to make a plan.

I moved from a group home to a private home as a
renter. My mum and therapist helped me find a house
that can accommodate my needs and wheelchair.
