Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
National Bar Association’s (NBA) Associate
Advancement Academy of Excellence
Since 2016, Wiley has partnered with the Leadership Council
on Legal Diversity (LCLD) in providing professional and
personal development opportunities, leadership training,
networking, relationship building, and to attorneys who
have demonstrated high potential early in their career.
Wiley has sponsored 20 attorneys over the past eight years
as LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders.

Government Contracts associate Benjamin Phillips was
accepted to the 2023-24 cohort for the National Bar
Association’s (NBA) Associate Advancement Academy of
Excellence. The Academy’s year-long and highly selective
program is intended to facilitate the advancement and
retention of Black attorneys in the nation’s largest law firms
and includes educational, networking, mentoring, and pro
bono/community service components tailored specifically
to advance their careers.
