ACCESSIBILITY
All venues are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair seating
may be limited in The Screening Room. We recommend
you contact us in advance at support@vtiff.org to reserve a
spot. Headset receivers are available for the hard of
hearing, upon request, at the info table prior to the
screening start time (Film House only).
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Metered parking on Lake Street and College Street (blue
and brown meters) is free after 6 PM daily and all day on
Sundays. Merrill Lynch parking lot is free on evenings and
weekends, unless indicated otherwise. Anyone age 62 and
up can register for a Green Mountain Passport at your
local town clerk’s office for $2. This allows you to park for
free at Perkins Pier Lot at the bottom of Maple Street. Bike
racks are located all around Main Street Landing,
including in front of The Screening Room. For additional
parking information, visit parkburlington.com/downtown/

smartphone. Our app is the best way to browse all the
festival films and get tickets quickly and easily as you
enjoy the festival.
TICKETING
VTIFF STAFF
The festival box office at Main Street Landing is open daily
from October 18-27. The box office opens thirty minutes
before the first show of the day (and two hours prior to
opening night on October 18). The box office is located on
the 3rd floor of Main Street Landing, halfway between the
Black Box and the Film House.

We encourage you to book in advance at vtiff.org, in order
to have the smoothest festival experience, avoid lines, and
guarantee a seat. It also ensures that you do not show up
and find a screening is sold out. Note that we do not pass
on web ticketing fees to you when you order online, so the
price is the same when you purchase online in advance.
Ticket sales will go offline 15 minutes before a show starts
and will then only be available in person, if not sold out. If
you are a festival pass or 10-pack purchaser, or a VTIFF
Patron member, you should reserve your tickets to
specific screenings online in advance to ensure a ticket.
Having a festival pass does not guarantee entrance
without a pre-booked ticket. We strongly encourage VTIFF
Patron members, festival pass and 10-pack purchasers to
book specific films in advance.
All Access members do not have to reserve in advance,
but need to be seated at least 10 minutes before the
screening start time to guarantee their seat, unless tickets
to that screening have been booked ahead of time.
Tickets can be downloaded into your digital Google Pay or
Apple Wallet for easy scanning at the door.
