This beautiful building with the four-tier pagoda tower
symbolizes tenets in the Buddhist faith. A Zen garden,
koi pond, towering bamboo, and fruit trees, provide
a contemplative retreat. They hold festivals and
ceremonies throughout the year including the Garden
Festival in June. Temple and garden tours are available
by appointment. Open sunrise to sunset daily.

With the cornerstone laid in 1903, St. Anthony is one of the
most resplendent houses of worship in the southwestern
United States. In 2006, Pope Benedict XVI elevated
the church to an honored title of cathedral basilica,
recognizing its historic, artistic, and religious significance.

Dedicated in 2000, the 17-foot high bronze statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe
was sculpted by artists Miguel Angel Macias of Mexico City and Douglas
Clark of Port Arthur. The statue is set upon rocks brought to the site from
Mount Tepeyac, Mexico City, where the Virgin Mary appeared to Juan Diego.

This Hoa-Binh Area of Peace,
featuring beautiful gardens and statue
of the Virgin Mary, three times life
size, was built by parishioners of the
Queen of Vietnam Catholic Church.
