MAPLE FUDGE
1 scoop Maximum Vibrance,
Chocolate Chunk
½ cup coconut oil, melted
3 dates, pitted
4 tablespoons maple sugar
½ cup cacao powder
¼ cup unsalted cashew
butter
1 teaspoon salt
Hot water (to cover dates)
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
2 tablespoons flax meal
1. Cover dates with hot water and allow to soak for
10 minutes to soften.
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend
until smooth and consistent.
3. Transfer to a coated and parchment-lined loaf pan.
4. Place in the fridge to set.
5. When firm to the touch, slice and enjoy!
