Everyone entering the Alamodome must
have a ticket regardless of age.
Have your mobile ticket ready to scan
upon entry.

GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services booths are in the main
entrance of the North and South Plazas.
To retrieve lost and found items after the
game, call 210-207-3663.
First aid areas are located on the Plaza
level near sections 112, 134 and 141.
WI-FI INFORMATION
Connect to the “ALAMODOME GUEST”
network for free Wi-Fi use inside of the
Alamodome.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Pro Tip: Use the stairs as much as
possible! The Alamodome club and upper
levels are easy to access through stairs at
the four corners of the building. Elevators
lines can get long and are reserved for
those who have a difficult time walking.
• There is no re-entry once you’ve left the
Alamodome.
• All concession stands are cashless.
• Alcohol service will stop at the end of the
3rd quarter.
• Cameras are allowed if they do not
disrupt the view of others. Video cameras,
tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are
not allowed.
