GETTING TO THE GAME
ALAMODOME PARKING
All onsite parking is fully committed. Avoid the traffic
around the Dome if you don’t have a parking pass.
If you already purchased a pass, click here to view
arrival and departure maps.
DOWNTOWN PARKING
There are 30,000 parking spaces in a variety of parking garages and surface lots.
Interstate 281/37 will be heavily congested several hours prior to kickoff. If you
don’t have an Alamodome parking pass, do not try to exit near the facility. The most
congested exits are 281/37 at Houston, Commerce and Cesar Chavez.
Pro tip: seek out walkable lots and use other exits to drive directly to those location. If you
want to park downtown, exit Interstate 35 at St. Mary’s or Main just north of Downtown. To
park north of the Alamodome and west of Interstate 281/37, exit Interstate 35 at N. New
Braunfels or Interstate 281 at Nolan. There are several easy access surface lots between
Commerce and Nolan on Cherry Street.
RIDESHARE/TAXI SERVICE
The Alamodome’s dedicated rideshare and taxi drop-off and pick up lot is in Lot D at the
end of the pedestrian bridge at the corner of Montana and 500 Tower of Americas Way.
Fans have also found it convenient to walk to either the center of downtown or several
blocks north of the Alamodome (i.e. the corner of Crockett and Chestnut) for rideshare
and taxi pickup and drop off. This popular intersection at 600 E. Crockett allows both
fans and drivers to stay out of the main Alamodome traffic street.
Pro tip: arrive early and enjoy the Fan Zone. Then take VIA Park & Ride to Crossroads on a $1.30 one way fare
and rideshare home from there to avoid downtown congestion.
