The Student Enhancement and Experimental Development Program
It was glitz and glamour at the Golden Conifer on the 26th of September 2023 as the SEED attachee’s attended the
CBZ Holdings SEED graduation ceremony, following the successful completion of the first group of the trainees
recruited in January 2023.
The Partnership Magazine caught up with the Group Human Resources Officer, Ms Nyasha Mangwiza to have a
word on the program thus far.
1. Can you provide an overview of the Seed Program and its objectives?
The CBZ Holdings SEED Program is a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing the professional growth and
