Engagement Blitz

CBZ Holdings hosted a customer engagement blitz exercise in Chinhoyi that ran from 12 to 14 July 2023
which comprised of face to face meetings, stakeholder site visits, and was capped off with a customers’
breakfast meeting.
The engagement was not only a CRM (Customer relationship management) initiative but a display of
commitment to enhance economic activities in the region, and a platform to showcase the Group’s value
proposition as a catalyst for growth and development in Mash West. During the breakfast meeting, the CBZ
Bank’s Managing Director, Mr. Lawrence Nyazema, reiterated the bank’s value proposition. He emphasized the
importance of financial inclusion to create access and opportunity for all Zimbabweans and to create an enabling
environment for businesses to thrive.
He also highlighted the importance of collaboration between the Bank, customers, and other stakeholders in
order to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
Lastly, he highlighted the Bank’s commitment to sustainability, emphasizing the importance of investing in the
communities in which the Bank operates.
