Chinhoyi CustomerEngagement BlitzAlfred Dongo & Judith KashesheCBZ Holdings hosted a customer engagement blitz exercise in Chinhoyi that ran from 12 to 14 July 2023which comprised of face to face meetings, stakeholder site visits, and was capped off with a customers’breakfast meeting.The engagement was not only a CRM (Customer relationship management) initiative but a display ofcommitment to enhance economic activities in the region, and a platform to showcase the Group’s valueproposition as a catalyst for growth and development in Mash West. During the breakfast meeting, the CBZBank’s Managing Director, Mr. Lawrence Nyazema, reiterated the bank’s value proposition.
