The New Employee’s Onboarding Process and the Supervisor’s
Responsibilities
Integrating into a new job and environment takes time. We have divided the new employee process into
four phases:

Welcome your new employee! A
day of discovery, administration
and introductions. Help the
employee get acquainted with the
University and with his/her new
role.
IV. Day 3-90
The employee becomes a
productive member of the Trojan
family and continues his/her
onboarding. Onboarding is an
ongoing learning process.
