Thrive 101
This training is designed for individual contributors and managers as part of USC’s onboarding of new
employees.
Enrollment Information
All new employees will be automatically registered for Thrive 101 based on their role and provided a registration
confirmation shortly after their first day.
Expectation and Goals
USC wants all of its employees to know and embody their values and strengths, feel confident in handling
challenges to their work, and have a good awareness of self, their departments, and the campus as a whole. The
importance of all employees having a sense of belonging, connection, and well-being at USC is truly recognized
and incorporated in all employees’ daily interactions and accomplishments.
Course Timing
Each session will run once a month from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (in-person at the University Park Campus during
the pilot).
