Trojan Knowledge Expedition
Your new employee can get grounded in the skills that are require for success by participating in the Trojan
Knowledge Expedition. All new employees will be assigned this program in TrojanLearn and can review the
topics provided. This program offers curated, self-paced curriculum to help your new employee develop the
skills, knowledge, and abilities needed for USC's core performance competencies. As your new employee
participates in these trainings, you can reinforce the learning by utilizing post training check-ins or even
utilizing the program agenda as discussion material for your staff meetings.
Enrollment Information
All new employees can register for the Trojan Knowledge Expedition by clicking the link on the left side of the
TrojanLearn home page. New employees can choose to start on the competency that's listed in the month they are
hired and read the materials. New employees would continue through on a monthly basis until all of the content
has been completed.
