Billing Information
Important to Know:
o Credit Card (online) payments will immediately be recorded in
WCX and take 30-60 mins to sync to YL Connect.
o Cash/Check (offline) payments are not automatically recorded in
WCX and will need to be recorded by using the Add Payment
feature (See Contents p. 49).
o .When you receive the Cash or Check you will need to
“Complete” the Offline payment manually. (See Contents p. 51).
o Registrants will be asked to complete this section even if they are
Registering without a Deposit. If they choose Cash/Check
they do not have to enter Credit Card information.
o You can edit the Offline Instructions to provide directions where
they should mail their offline payment.
