Arrival Form - Important Fields
Important to Know:
o .The Arrival Form is a required form that replaces the A-Form
used in the past, unless the Area is using the registration
packet obtained directly from the camp.
o As soon as campers & leaders begin registering for camp the
Area should utilize the Arrival Form to record and track the
following information with the Edit (button) feature:
o Status is synced from WCX Registrant status and shows
the following:
Declined = WCX “Cancelled”
Waitlisted = WCX “Waitlisted”
Registered = Any other WCX Registrant status
o Health & Consent (HC) Form Status

Automatically synced if the Registrant has used the
Registrant ID & Access Code from the Send Customized
Email feature (See pages 70-73).
Please manually update if the Registrant has used an online
form without the Registrant ID & Access Code or used a
paper form.
o Outstanding Total is synced from WCX where all
Payments & Credits will need to be applied to reach $0.
