Arrival Form - Important Fields
Important to Know:
o .The Arrival Form replaces the A-Form used in the past, unless
the Area is using the registration packet obtained directly from
the camp or is attending a Non-YL Camp.
o As soon as campers & leaders begin registering for camp the
Area can utilize the Arrival Form to record and track the
following information with the Edit (button) feature:
o Status is synced from WCX Registrant status and shows
the following:
Declined = WCX “Canceled”
Waitlisted = WCX “Waitlisted”
Registered = Any other WCX Registrant status
o Health & Consent (HC) Form Status

Manually update paper HC forms
o Outstanding Total is synced from WCX where all
Payments & Credits would need to be applied to reach $0.
Although Outstanding Total ($0) isn’t a required field on the
Arrival Form for Locally-Created camp trips, it is a suggested
best practice!
