Fee and payment
After you have registered participants for the
workshop, you will receive an email from the
workshop organiser confirming registration. An
invoice will be issued upon confirmation. Please
do not make travel and accommodation arrangements until workshop registration is confirmed.
The workshop fee is €650 per person. This fee
includes all tuition, lunches (for the first two days
of the workshop) as well as morning and
afternoon refreshments.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received up to three weeks before
the beginning of the event will be reimbursed
80% of the registration fee. Cancellations received
after this deadline and ‘no-shows’ will be charged
the full registration fee. This policy applies also in
cases where visas are not granted.
