For her work to re-envision the delivery of injectable
antipsychotic medication during the COVID-19
pandemic, and the continuing era of telehealth by
building a workforce of nurses who travel directly to
clients and deliver injections in their homes, leading to a
more effective, efficient, accessible, and client-centered
process and removing transportation-related barriers,
while also allowing psychiatric providers to focus on
their primary responsibilities.

For implementing an electronic medical records system
at her practice, working with the National Committee for
Quality Assurance to help understand quality measures,
and implementing the CAIPA point of care system,
