For spearheading the development of an inpatient
addiction consult service which ensures the best
interdisciplinary care for vulnerable patients, including
updating the inpatient pharmacy with medications for
addiction treatment, formalizing referral pathways for
services after discharge, and speaheading a learning
network to destigmatize care for substance use disorders.
