clinical excellence with empathy; she has been dedicated
to the center since its inception and helped it grow into
an institution which now provides over 65,000 medical,
behavioral health, and dental visits each year.

For her creative and evidence-based approach to
memory care which has demonstrated that music and
art therapy programs are effective ways to reduce
depression and decrease agitation in nursing home
residents experiencing memory loss; this led to
improved outcomes for patients and families and higher
job satisfaction for staff.
