• MAT T H E W 6 :1 0 | “May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is
in heaven.”
• R O MA NS 1 2 :2 | Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform
you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s
will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
Align yourself with God’s will. When your vision aligns with his, you can work for God
with purpose and know that his plans are being carried out through you.
• J O H N 5 :1 9 | So Jesus explained, “I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by
himself. He does only what he sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does,
the Son also does.”
Be attentive to what God is doing and join him in his work.
• J O NA H 1 :1 -3 ; 3 :1 -5 | The Lord gave this message to Jonah son of Amittai: “Get up and
go to the great city of Nineveh. Announce my judgment against it because I have seen how
wicked its people are.” But Jonah got up and went in the opposite direction to get away
from the Lord. . . . Then the Lord spoke to Jonah a second time: “Get up and go to the
great city of Nineveh, and deliver the message I have given you.” This time Jonah obeyed
the Lord’s command and went to Nineveh. . . . The people of Nineveh believed God’s
message, and from the greatest to the least, they declared a fast and put on burlap to
show their sorrow.
V
• J O H N 1 4 :2 3 | Jesus replied, “All who love me will do what I say. My Father will love them,
and we will come and make our home with each of them.”
• PSA L M 3 7 :5 | Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you.
Keep your focus and priority on God as he works through you to accomplish his purpose.
• C O L O SS I A NS 3 :2 3 -2 4 | Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for
the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as
your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ.
• E PH E SI A NS 4 :1 6 | He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its
own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and
growing and full of love.
• R O MA NS 1 2 :6 -8 | In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things
well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God
has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well.
If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God
has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for
showing kindness to others, do it gladly.
Accomplish whatever assignment he gives you cheerfully and with the talents he has given
you. Be grateful that God has given you an assignment and equipped you to succeed in
your task. This attitude is crucial for you to be motivated to serve God wherever he leads
instead of being a reluctant team member.

• E C C L E S I A S T E S 4 :1 2 | A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two
