of tenant lease space was added to the bank. The extra
area provides both space for local businesses and the
bank to grow into over the next 5-10 years. Forward
Bank currently has the tenant space on the third floor
leased.

and depending on the situation, could potentially hold
more. Marty Steinert, Owner of The Redmond Company, explained “the tenant spaces allow the bank to grow
incrementally over time and lessen their immediate financial burden on the project.”
Forward Bank is enjoying their new 55,000 square
foot main office and hosted their grand opening celebration with customers and the community in April 2018.
