The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency held a public hearing today in Kansas City, Missouri. The hearing is part of the EPA process for setting/recommending the proposed rule "Renewable Fuel Standard Program: Standards for
2017 and Biomass-Based Diesel Volume for 2018."
More than 130 individuals were set to give live testimony, with additional writein testimonies.
In preparation for this hearing and EPA process, a group called American Council For Capital Formation (an oil industry lobby shill group) commissioned a report from Dr. Daniel De La Torre Ugarte, Research Professor, Department Of
