If your service department is intentionally describing the wrong causes of customers' problems, and exaggerating the repairs necessary, it may be fraud. If
your service department is simply misdiagnosing and treating the problem you
wouldn't be the first service department to not know what they are doing.

(before he hides it) and you'll see that it's practically the only thing he ever posts
