During Lab Week 2022, Sysmex hosted a special webinar
by Dr. Candice Freeman titled “Empathy and Resilience on
the Bench: Creating a Culture of Continuous Quality in the
Midst of Chaos.” In her presentation, Dr. Freeman discussed
strategies for dealing with fallout from negative workplace
experiences and suggested practical ways to deal with stress
in the lab.
