In recognition of 2022 AACC, we wanted to
share some of our past memories. Watch our

It is hard to believe that it is July and that the 2022 AACC
Annual Scientific Meeting and Clinical Lab Expo is in a
few short weeks. The Sysmex team is busy putting the
finishing touches on the exhibit booth you will see at
McCormick Place on July 26 – 28. We hope to see you
there; however, we recognize that not everyone will
be able to attend, which is why we will offer a virtual
component again this year. The Sysmex Virtual Showcase
will have product demos, educational presentations,
games and networking opportunities. We will also live
stream content from our booth to the site. Check out the
article for more information on our participation at the
show to learn more.
To continue with the AACC theme, we also have some
throwback photos of past AACCs. Do you remember
your first time at AACC? My first experience at AACC
was in 1992. I remember coming to Chicago from the UK
for the exhibition. I remember staying at the Embassy
Suites and eating at Spiaggia’s restaurant on Chicago’s
Magnificent Mile, which is unfortunately now closed. I
can’t wait to read about some of your memories about
AACC! You can either submit them to communications@

While we are looking forward to AACC, that is not the
only information in this issue of Sysmex News. There
