Please pick up after yourself and leave the cabin tidy
Place all indoor trash into outdoor bins and start the dishwasher
Leave beds un-made
For safety reasons close all doors/windows, turn fireplaces off, set the thermostat to 72-74, and put hot
tub cover on
COMMUNITY RULES
Please be mindful of guests staying in the surrounding cabins and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00
pm
Fireworks of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITIVE and will be grounds for immediate removal from the
property without refund.
INTERNET
Please understand that you are visiting a rural area with only one internet service provider. All of our
cabins include maximum broadband speed and width Wi-Fi service, however, it is not guaranteed to
work at all times or outside the cabin itself. Prior to your arrival, we recommended that you bring your
own device if internet is vital to your stay. The internet company does not work on weekends and does
not guarantee same day service when a work order is placed. We will do our best to ensure you have
internet but in the instance that the internet is lost or spotty we do not offer refunds under any
circumstance.
