We are thrilled you chose to stay with us and visit our beautiful town. Your safety and enjoyment are
important that is why we have included this Guest Guide Book which includes a Troubleshooting Guide. With
this simple guide, you can solve most minor issues without us having to interrupt your vacation.
Before every guest arrives, our maintenance manager and housekeeping manager inspect the cabin cleaning
and equipment to be sure they are in good working order. Before working an appliance/equipment please
refer to the QR code on the refrigerator magnet or refer to the Troubleshooting Guide. Not all cabins have
the same equipment so we have included the most common ones. Keep in mind that almost everything can
also be located on the internet and/or on Youtube as well. If you experience any problems during your stay,
please use this guide first to solve the issue. The QR codes include a video on how to work the hot tub,
fireplace, and television specific to the cabin.
Hochatown and Broken Bow are very small towns, so most service companies do not accept after hours or
same day service calls for non-emergencies. Therefore, if you are staying during the weekend or holiday,
many non-emergency items or issues will not be able to be repaired until the following week.
For most issues, we have staff on call that can make easy repairs with less delay. If you are having a true
emergency (no electricity, heat, air conditioning) please contact us immediately.
