We are not responsible for internet outages orcompatibility with guest computers/phones.Troubleshooting:Phone/Computer is not connecting to provided wi-fi: First, be sure you areusing the correct password by referencing the email that was sent prior to yourarrival. The code can also be found on the refrigerator welcome letter.Remember that passwords are space and case sensitive. If your password isincorrect, your connection manager application on yourcomputer/tablet/phone will tell you so. If you do not get an incorrect passworderror message, your password is correct.
