Troubleshooting Guide
UNLOCKING AND LOCKING FRONT DOORS
General Information: Most of the cabins use keyless door locks. To unlock the
keyless door lock, enter the code that was given to you and turn the knob. To
lock the keyless door, re-enter the code and turn the knob or press the Schlage
button then turn knob.
Troubleshooting:
Be sure you have the correct code. Check the email that you were sent prior to
your arrival for the door code. If the door does not open when you enter the
code and turn knob do not continue to press different codes or the system will
automatically lock. Simply wait 2 minutes for keyless lock to reset and try again.
If the Schlage button is blinking red, even when you have pressed no buttons
contact us immediately to have the batteries replaced.
