Well, that would be me – Star Monroe,
your personal VIP concierge to everything
related to personal reinvention, elevated
self-worth, self-growth, and expansion.
(Cos, life is too short to be hiding away and
playing small!)
Let me share a little bit about my journey:
I’ve gone from a life of self-destruction,
battling addiction, alcoholism, body hate
and even bankruptcy, to creating a life
entirely on my own terms. And here’s the
kicker – I’m just getting started at the age
of 53.
Before you utter a word about age, let me
set the record straight – it’s not about the
years; it’s all about your self-identity (how
you see yourself) and attitude (feisty is
such a good look on you!)
I’m an Iconic Older Woman who’s boldly
paving new paths. I’m highly creative,
unapologetically feisty, highly quali昀椀ed
(licensed psychotherapist/master life
coach), and as gentle as I am 昀椀erce.
Through my numerous personal
reinventions (yes, there have been many:
wife, single mama, addict, international
showgirl, body-builder, divorcee x 2,
writer, teacher, therapist), I’ve learned
the ins and outs of what works and what
doesn’t when it comes to supporting and
guiding you through your own elevated
reinvention journey, effortlessly and
swiftly.
I’m here to serve, ready to spill the
tea on all my personal discoveries and
techniques so that you can shift from
feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and playing
small to living life out loud – bursting with
energy, radiating vibrancy, and embodying
unshakeable self-con昀椀dence that no one
can ever take away from you.
I’m genuinely honoured that you’re here.
