the way you talk to yourself. Imagine

important relationship is with yourself. So,
change your self-talk, genuinely see and
acknowledge your efforts, embrace your
messy human side, and understand that
making mistakes is part of the journey.
You need to uplift yourself and, above all,
celebrate yourself.
Imagine you’re a small child (because there’s
a small child within you), and you need to
offer yourself the same compassion and
encouragement as you would to a distressed
child.
Now, you might wonder how all this ties into
being unbothered. Well, it’s the crux of it all.
Becoming unbothered revolves around tuning
back into yourself, mastering your emotions, and
shifting from a victim mindset to tapping into
your 昀椀erce AF energy.
