Innovative VR Training: Southern Company’s
Bold Approach to Inclusive Hiring
Southern Company distinguishes itself by embracing
innovative learning initiatives, particularly in the
realm of virtual reality (VR). Our collaboration with
Moth+Flame, a leading VR company, gave birth to
the Hiring Equity course. This dynamic experience
transcends traditional training, allowing employees
to immerse themselves as hiring managers in a
virtual world, gaining profound insights into biases,
fostering empathy and promoting an inclusive culture.
