As Chairman of the Enabling Employers Network under Singapore's Enabling Masterplan, have been a pivotal force in
advancing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, operating under the Ministry of Community
Development, Youth & Sports. Experience developing significant initiatives, including the Centre for Training & Integration
and the Singapore National Enabling Awards, creating over 1,000 job opportunities and significantly boosting employment
of persons with disabilities to over 10% of the workforce in several hotels. Our leadership influenced multiple regions,
promoting workplace diversity and inclusiveness and outstanding CSR credentials.
• Appointed to Chair the Enabling Employers Network,
Singapore Governments Enabling Masterplan to
champion and advance the employment opportunities
for persons with disabilities, under the auspices of the
Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports.
• Developed and implemented initiatives such as
Centre’s for Training & Integration and Singapore
National Enabling Awards under the auspices of the
President of Singapore, creating 1000+ job
opportunities for those differently abled.
SDS HOSPITALITY SOLUTIONS
• Championed inclusive employment practices,
significantly increasing the employment of disabled
individuals to over 10% of the workforce in hotels,
promoting workplace diversity and inclusiveness.
• Spearheaded and influenced the adoption of
employment of persons with dsaibilites across multiple
geographies in South East Asia, South West Asia, Middle
East and Australia.
• Led a portfolio of hotels with exceptional CSR
credentials, including exceptional sustainability ratings
and Australaia’s very first carbon neutral hotel buiding.
