These reports will cover a great deal of activity (many pages) 3 every time a batch is opened,
closed, put in Review status or batch totals are modified. Review of the full scope of activity
should reveal a steady flow and any activities outside of the normal range should be quite
evident. These reports provide a good review of staff responsibilities and timeliness of
posting/reviewing/closing of the batches. In our reviews, we have not yet found any fraudulent
pattern of concern.
