lower pitched. The body is constructed
from Monterey Pine. The tapas (heads)
are multi-ply Lupuna and Spanish Cedar

CONGA CAJONS
CODES: CJ-CONGA-LG, CJ-CONGA-MD, CJ-CONGA-SM
A Tempo Conga Cajons produce tones that are
both mellow and melodic
Wood: Monterey Pine
These drums are played with a similar technique to congas, but the results are completely
unique. Sealed at both ends, A Tempo Conga
Cajons produce a distinct melodic tone with a
surprising amount of projection. The rounded,
mellow tones can be accented with the sharp
pop of a slap tone using the same technique
as you would a standard conga. The playing
surface is multi-ply Spanish Cedar and Lupuna.
