It is with great pleasure that I write this message to celebrate the 100th anniversary
of our esteemed organization. For a century, we have been advocating, cultivating,
and elevating the businesses of Plant City, and we have a lot to be proud of.
Over the years, we have seen our community grow and 昀氀ourish, been instrumental
in the development of new businesses, and have worked tirelessly to support
our existing members. We have been a voice for our members at local, state,
and national levels and successfully advocated for policies that bene昀椀t our
community.
Our efforts have also been aimed at cultivating the next generation of business
leaders. We’ve provided opportunities for young people to learn about the
business world and to develop the skills needed to be successful. Additionally,
we have worked to create a strong business community that is supportive and
collaborative for all the residents of eastern Hillsborough County.
Finally, we strive to elevate the businesses of Plant City to make them the best
they can be. We have provided resources and support to help our members
grow and succeed. Recognizing and celebrating our members’ achievements
along the way… knowing their success is our success!
As we celebrate this milestone, it is important to acknowledge the many people
who have contributed to the success of the Plant City Chamber of Commerce
over the years. We owe a debt of gratitude to our past presidents, trustees, board
members, and volunteers who generously gave their time, treasure, and talents.
We owe enormous thanks to all our current members, who continue to make
this organization great!
Looking to the future, we are excited about what lies ahead for our community.
We know there will be challenges, but we are up to the task. Your chamber will
continue to advocate, cultivate, and elevate the businesses of Plant City so that
we can continue to build a strong, vibrant, and prosperous community!
Thank you for your support of the Plant City Chamber of Commerce. Here’s to
