In 2021, we formed a Diversity, Equality, & Inclusion (DEI) committee and formed our formal position on DEI at
PIPESTONE. We strongly believe that all of our team members should be kind, respectful, and that the workplace
is not an area for discrimination. We hire and promote people based on their abilities, values and past and current
performance. We will closely monitor diversity, equity, and inclusion going forward.
