Women in Construction Week, an
annual program dedicated to further
expanding an important demographic
for the construction industry, girls from
the Sherman School of Excellence visited
Pepper’s Chicago office for an introduction
to construction services and sustainability.
Pepper also supports the Pink Hard Hat
Symposium to introduce young black and
brown women to construction, the trades,
and the manufacturing industry.
