Centering Equity
We gather monthly as a team for Deconstructing
Oppression roundtable discussions. Our team
gets paid days of Advocacy and Awareness
to support engagement with observed days
that align with our values. Each person on the
team gets personalized one-on-one mentorship
regarding their personal relationship to racism
and all forms of oppression, their ability to show up
authentically, and their active participation in our
culture of inclusion.
Prioritizing Wellness
We provide 6 months of fully paid postpartum leave, a baby and
child-friendly workplace, unlimited paid wellness days, and generous
personal and professional benefits
Nurturely’s maternity leave policy is superior and well-beyond what anyone
else is offering. I am thankful to have been allotted 6 months of paid maternity
leave and feel empowered/encouraged to bring baby to work when I’m ready.
It’s really something I brag about because Nurturely is paving the path for so
many non-profits and corporations...That’s how it’s done.
