Variable Entrance Fee Refund Program *
Granite Hill Estates offers a Variable Entrance Fee Refund Program. Entrance fees and monthly fees are
determined by size of apartment. Each resident(s) must select one of the refund options – either 80% or
90% - each of which has a corresponding monthly fee. The Entrance Fee refund amount and the
Monthly Fee amount decrease with each lower refund percentage option.
For example, if you selected a two-bedroom, two-bathroom Lincoln Apartment with an Entrance Fee of
$199,000. (1,055 sq. ft. – 1,200 sq. ft.) and the 80% refund option, your monthly fee would be $2,910.
(plus $670. for an additional resident) and in the future you or your estate would receive a refund of 80%
of $199,000. equaling $159,200., in accordance with our refund policy.
