Returns
To return any merchandise whatever the reason, contact your salesperson for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Write the number on the packing list and the outside of the package to be returned.
Most importantly! Carefully wrap and pack all parts and equipment you're returning to prevent damage, (and possible credit
refusal) during shipping.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Check your order immediately upon receipt. All damages must be noted on the packing slip and bill of lading. All shipping
discrepancies must be reported to Nelsen Corporation within 5 days of receipt of your order. Keep all damaged goods for
inspection.
Tracking Orders
How to Track Your Orders: Go to “My Account” and open your invoice. When viewing your invoice, if there is a tracking
number next to the order date, the package has shipped. If the tracking number is highlighted, click on the number. The carriers website should open with the tracking info already showing.
