The DROP App is your portal to controlling everything for your smart water
management system. You can control each of your devices including your
water softener, water filter, leak detectors, and other DROP products all from
your app. No matter your configuration or setup, the DROP App handles
everything!
Notification Center to Keep You Informed
The DROP App contains a robust amount of notifications to keep you informed. Everything from Leak
Detections to Low Salt notifications, DROP has your back for all system events and items. They can
be configured to push notifications, text messages, and emails.

The DROP Hub is a state-of-the-art smart hub that is the heart and brains of the DROP Connect smart
water management system. Each home requires 1 Hub and each hub can control 100s of DROP devices. The Hub manages all the DROP devices through DROP Link, a low frequency mesh style radio.
The Hub also provides the ability for the system to communicate to the DROP app on your phone or
tablet locally or join your local WiFi to enable remote operation. Having only one connection to the
local WiFi makes adding devices much simpler than connecting each product directly to the cloud.
The DROP Remote extends the range of the DROP Link mesh network providing extended coverage, if
needed. The DROP Remote can be placed in a convenient location for easy monitoring of the system
as well as shutting off the water with just a touch of the button.

The Motorized Bypass Valve is used for Multiplexing DROP Softeners and Filters. One is needed for
each Softener or Filter added to the DROP System. The motor replaces the blue handles on the bypass
included with each softener or filter.
