AIO3 - Enhanced Oxidation Generator
The Enhanced Oxidation Generator (EOG) from
OZOTECH is easy to install and leverages the
power of natural ozone technology to improve
water quality without the use of chemicals.
With minimal maintenance costs, the EOG
helps to keep the NWTS Filter Control head
clean, extending filter life saving you money.
The EOG slides onto plastic clips that are
designed for the control valve giving the
system a professional look and installation.
A removable front cover provides easy inside
access to the system for yearly maintenance
of the CD Cell. The Systems also features a countdown clock as a reminder for CD Cell cleaning with a
reset button.
The EOG Unit is pre-wired and installed on AIO System, the compact EOG mounts directly onto the
control valve. The system includes the patented stainless steel Ozotech CD cell and features an allweather enclosure.
DO NOT install the EOG unit on any system using Birm® filter media. Ozone will strip the properties
from the media rendering it useless.
AIO3 INSTALLED ON SYSTEMS
These kits are to have the AIO3 Ozone Generator installed on a NWTS-AIO System.
These kits are installed by Nelsen Corporation on an AIO system.
The Ozotech Kit has it's own power supply and transformer, meaning there are two power outlets
needed for the AIO System, one for the control valve and the other for the EOG unit. The system is
pre-programmed and is ready to install. (Media may need installed if shipped separately.)
The Nelsen Ozone Kit features the Nelsen Integrated EOG Ozone Generator installed on the NWTS-AIO
System. The EOG operates the same as the Ozotech unit but uses a single source 14VDC transformer
to power the EOG and the control valve with an easy to install Interconnect Wire. The interconnect
wire features a barrel style plug to insert into the Ozone unit and the same style fitting as the OEM
power supply to plug directly into the control board of the valve. The AIO system is pre-programmed
with the EOG installed and the system ready to install. (Media may need installed if shipped
separately.) Must be sold with AIO System.

OZONE CD CELL CLEANING KIT
Nitric acid builds up in the CD Cell, Corona Discharge, over time and must be flushed from the cell.
The Ozone Cleaning Kit makes annual maintenance of the CD Cell easy. Included in the kit is clear
tubing, syringe and a can of Ozone safe compressed air.

Filtration Equipment
Ozone is a triatomic oxygen (O3) which has high oxidation capabilities. It is produced from air
and high voltage electricity, think lightning. Ozone is the most effective and rapidly acting primary
disinfectant (media bed) available for drinking water treatment. Along with disinfection, the use of
ozone for drinking water treatment has many other benefits such as improved taste and color removal,
iron and manganese removal. Ozone’s high oxidation potential gives it excellent germicidal properties.
Ozone is 52% stronger than chlorine, and will oxidize much more rapidly without the use of harsh
chemicals.
