AFFIRMATION OF MEMBERSHIP
I am personally acknowledging Jesus Christ as the only Lord and Savior; and have
considered favorable the biblical doctrine and practices of Mountaintop Faith Ministries.
I am in agreement with the principles of faith; and desire to be associated with those of
like precious faith in Christian fellowship. I hereby accept membership in the body of
Christ at Mountaintop Faith Ministries of Las Vegas, Nevada. I agree and intend to submit
myself to the statutes and standards of biblical conduct.
I commit myself to God and to other covenant members to do the following:
1. I will protect the unity of my church
…by acting in love toward other members
…by refusing to gossip
…by following the leaders

2. I will share the responsibility of my church
…by praying daily
…by fasting once a week
…by inviting the unchurched to attend
…by warmly welcoming those who visit
II Chronicles 7:14; I Corinthians 7:5; Luke 14:23; Romans 15:7
3. I will serve the ministry of my church
…by discovering my gifts and talents
…by being equipped to serve by my pastor
…by developing a servant’s heart

4. I will support the testimony of my church
…by attending faithfully
…by living a Godly life
…by giving tithes and offerings
