Panels are manufactured with Dow’s Extruded Polystyrene foam insulation. 4" thick
AK-XPS4 and AK-XPS4 ULTRA insulations meet and exceed EISA energy act of 2009
and new DOE R-value testing for compliance requirements starting July 1st, 2017.
AK-XPS4 has R-27.2 for coolers and R-30.4 for freezer oor and AK-XPS4 ULTRA,
R-32.4 for freezer walls, ceiling and doors.
