Classes of 2022 and 2023
Rising Leaders Academy
Rising Leaders Academy provides opportunities for team members at all
levels of the organization to realize their strengths and build competence
in leadership. Participants in the two-year program gain a greater
understanding of the senior living industry as well as the values and culture
of Messiah Lifeways. Since its inception in 2020, 34 team members have
completed the program.
In 2023, Rising Leaders Academy expanded to include additional
leadership training components, including RLA: Starting Block, a
six-week entry-level supervision course. The original program evolved
into RLA: ONE TEAM Edition, which now features a year-long opportunity
post-graduation to participate in a quarterly team member focus
group, designed as an opportunity to contribute input and ideas into
organizational decisions and strategy.
