End Your IRS Problems
How to Handle a Payroll Tax Problem for an InBusiness Company.
The first situation applies if you_ have an in-business
company -one that is still operating. What you need
to be aware of in this situation is that the IRS would
rather close your business than work with you on any
kind of payment plan.
Why? Through the eyes of the IRS, experience has
shown them that your Payroll Tax problems are likely
to get bigger -as long as your business is allowed

If you really want to keep your business open, you
must quickly develop a reasonable game plan to pay
back your delinquent Payroll Taxes while at the same
time continuing to pay your current Payroll Taxes. If
you don’t, the IRS will close your business.

your business than talk with you about saving it.

down the road on the old Payroll Taxes and still pay
current Payroll Taxes is difficult for most IRS Agents
to buy into.
Additionally, your business represents a potential
embarrassment for an IRS Agent who agrees to leave
your business open -and then has to close it later
when you owe even more Payroll Tax.
If you’re in this situation, what you need is someone
in your comer selling the IRS Agent a good plan
that basically says your company is better off alive
(business open) than dead (business closed). You need
a third party to handle this discussion. Call me for a
